I was one of the fortunate non-art students to know Linda Duez. She was my homeroom teacher in 1981 and I can honestly say that "hand on heart" Mrs Duez was the best and most memorable homeroom teacher I have ever had. I was shocked to see her name here. She is sadly missed. May she rest in peace.
Linda was a generous, thoughtful, thorough, courageous teacher. She could be tough when needed. She cared about her colleagues in the History Department and carried this quality over to the students. I think she inspired many students many times. I miss you, Linda

I had Mrs Duez as an economics teacher in the early 90's. She was one of the teachers on the Ottawa trip.
